Taofeeq Abdulrazaq is Tax Partner and Chief Executive Officer of Nolands Nigeria Professional Services and a Professor of Taxation.
He is a Professor of Taxation and was Dean of the Faculty of Law, University of Ilorin, Nigeria. He had also been the Registrar and Chief Executive Officer of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
His academic background has contributed to his extensive knowledge in the Nigerian tax system which spans over 35 years. His experience covers the full range of services in Corporate Tax Advisory Services, Indirect Tax Services, Tax Administration Reform and Capacity Building Services, International Tax Services and Tax Litigation Support Services.
Taofeeq has LL.B (Hons) and was a prize winner in Jurisprudence and Legal Theory; Ph.D (Tax Law) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria and a LL.M (Tax) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) of the University of London. Taofeeq is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators. He is a Solicitor and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. He is also a Member of the Chartered Management Institute, UK and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria as well as the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK). He is a Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) UK.
Clive Noland is the Chairman of Nolands International and founder and CEO of Nolands South Africa, an auditing, advisory & law firm with licensed offices both Nationally & Internationally. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the University of Cape Town where he later lectured in the Commerce Faculty at the University of Cape Town while completing an Honours Degree in Information Technology. He has gained extensive experience through his involvement as an executive and non-executive director in local and international companies. Clive was a founder member of the successful SA Prime Property Fund in South Africa and in Europe he was involved in several closed end Hotel Property funds. He was instrumental in obtaining the Master franchise for Radisson Hotels in the SADEC region and served as CEO of the group until sold to a listed company.
