Kelvin Chungu is Managing Partner of Nolands Zambia, a fast growing firm in Zambia, since November 2018.
Kelvin sits on the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZiCA) technical committee and the Securities and Exchange ICORFOR Committee. Further he chairs the Lusaka Stock Exchange GAAP Monitoring Panel Sub Committee. He is also on the ZICA’s new CA Interview qualifying Panel.
Kelvin has managed various assurance engagements listed on the Lusaka Stock Exchange, including London Stock Exchange Main Market, and the London Stock Exchange Alternative Investment Market, when he was based in Guernsey.
He was the focal point trainer of IFRS 4 Insurance contracts for EY Guernsey, including presentation to Channel Island Actuarial Association in 2011.
He has also done various presentation to professional bodies that has included most recently as a Facilitator of the 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 IFRS Updates workshop sponsored by the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants in Lusaka and Kitwe & Ndola.
Chibuta Mumba is currently the Head of Advisory Services at Nolands Advisory Services, Zambia.
He is a seasoned professional with vast experience spanning Business Consultancy Services, Internal audit, Risk Management, Taxation, Accounting, Compliance Services, the Oil and Gas industry, Agriculture, Mining ancillary services and Financial Services in multiple jurisdictions, notably Zambia, South Africa, Nigeria, Zimbabwe, Liberia, the DRC and Ghana.
He has served as Group Finance Director and Head of Accounting & Finance for corporations with regional operations in Zambia, Botswana, DRC, Tanzania and Namibia to mention but a few. He has also served on various audit committees and boards both in Zambia and outside.
Having been in senior roles for over twenty years, he brings to the table a wealth of influence, valuable relationships, a deep knowledge of the African business landscape, tact and long business experience to the consulting and professional services world of Nolands.
Chibuta has a keen eye for technology and innovation, which will be a key driver for the Nolands brand in the future.
Moses, a chartered certified accountant and a certified financial consultant, brings over twelve years of experience in both public and private practice, most significantly, ZCCM, Zambia Cooperatives Federation and Ernst & Young Chartered Accountants.
He has helped to establish Ernst & Young in Zambia, worked with them for over seven years and managed the Copperbelt office for over three years during which period he handled many high-profile local and international clients.
Moses has had a lot of experience dealing with donor-aided organisations and has also consulted with the World Bank through the International Finance Corporation in Zambia.
Clive Noland is the Chairman of Nolands International and founder and CEO of Nolands South Africa, an auditing, advisory & law firm with licensed offices both Nationally & Internationally. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the University of Cape Town where he later lectured in the Commerce Faculty at the University of Cape Town while completing an Honours Degree in Information Technology. He has gained extensive experience through his involvement as an executive and non-executive director in local and international companies. Clive was a founder member of the successful SA Prime Property Fund in South Africa and in Europe he was involved in several closed end Hotel Property funds. He was instrumental in obtaining the Master franchise for Radisson Hotels in the SADEC region and served as CEO of the group until sold to a listed company.
