Nolands UK in London was the first Nolands office outside of Africa. It puts us in direct contact with our clients who have international business interests.
The office gives our South African clients a stepping-stone into the UK and Europe, while it gives our UK clients with an interest in South Africa and other countries in Africa, insights into the accounting, tax and financial landscape there.

With over four decades of experience in practice (and counting), Jeremy has a great track record for growing and managing accounting practices. He knows the Nolands brand inside out, and with his affable nature, is just the person to identify potential new services and to bring new clients on board – both in SA and the UK.
He remains technically up-to-date with the latest international accounting, auditing, and tax pronouncements, by regularly attending seminars, webinars and quarterly training sessions, and avidly consuming business articles and journals.
This all keeps Jeremy pretty busy. But not too busy to find time for his family, the church he’s involved in, enjoying a few rounds of golf, staying fit or watching live or televised sport!

Clive Noland is the Chairman of Nolands International and founder and CEO of Nolands South Africa, an auditing, advisory & law firm with licensed offices both Nationally & Internationally. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant at the University of Cape Town where he later lectured in the Commerce Faculty at the University of Cape Town while completing an Honours Degree in Information Technology. He has gained extensive experience through his involvement as an executive and non-executive director in local and international companies. Clive was a founder member of the successful SA Prime Property Fund in South Africa and in Europe he was involved in several closed end Hotel Property funds. He was instrumental in obtaining the Master franchise for Radisson Hotels in the SADEC region and served as CEO of the group until sold to a listed company.
Clive is extremely passionate about the future of South Africa and making a difference in the lives of all South Africans. Through the Nolands Foundation, he is confident that, with the generous support of our staff & clients, the Foundation can and will make a positive change.

Gary Clayton was born in South Africa and educated across South Africa, Zimbabwe and the United Kingdom. He has worked in auditing, investment banking, multinational project management and Financial Planning where he has found his passion. Based in London as a Financial Centre he enjoys working with both UK clients and clients with international interests and has a lot of experience on multi-jurisdictional financial and regulatory complexity. Gary loves working with individuals whom he feels he can work with to deliver significant benefits and outcomes in their lives. There is nothing more personal than working with someone on their life’s purpose, dreams, and aspirations and working on a plan to ensure they achieve as much of that as they possibly can.
Gary has a wife and 2 kids and enjoys spending quality time with them outdoors, whether it is on a sup board, out golfing, or having a braai with a glass of wine in hand.
