Find out what people have had to say about their time with Nolands
Nolands has a limited number of vacation work opportunities to students who are looking to invest their career in Auditing. We are looking for fun, energetic, excited and hardworking individuals to have insight into our intensive 1-week programme which is structured to give you a very close view of what the work and the environment entails. It is pressurised and deliberately so, however at the same time, it’s learning whilst enjoying what you do.
Afterwards, we guarantee you that you will feel stronger, more confident and significantly more qualified - a bit like boot camp for your brain and temperament. Importantly though, you’ll also enjoy it, make new friends and earn some money.
For us, it’s a chance to get to know you. For you, it’s a chance to experience what makes Nolands different. Space is limited and we will only consider candidates who we feel are genuinely considering Nolands as a firm at which to do their traineeship. The questions below are designed to help us reach that conclusion. If you’re serious about Nolands, you’ll find we’re serious about you - and your career.
Please note: The health and well-being of our employees has always been a priority to our organisation. Nolands obligations under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 (OHASA) which stipulates that an employer has a duty to do what is reasonably practical to ensure that the working environment is safe for all employees and those who access the workplace, has necessitated that we introduce a mandatory vaccination policy. All candidates are advised that should they be successful, it will be a condition of employment that they be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and that the company will require the necessary proof before confirming appointment.
Nolands doesn’t fit people into roles that may not suit them. Instead, we give people starting off in their careers with us the opportunity to experience as wide a spectrum of our profession as possible.
We believe this is just one of the things that makes a traineeship at Nolands unique and ‘not ordinary’. It’s a special, supportive, switched-on place to start your career.
