50 Years of Nolands💙

On Monday, every Nolands office nationally and internationally came together to celebrate our 50th birthday. Each office hosted its own birthday celebration, complete with decorative cakes, balloons and shared moments of reflection.

As a nostalgic nod to 1976, every team member received a branded yo-yo and a bag of marbles — a tribute to the trends of the time and the memories shared by our Founder, Clive Noland.

The yo-yo takes us back to Clive’s childhood days of Coca-Cola-sponsored competitions.

The marbles are a reminder of high-stakes games of “keepsies”, where winning meant you kept what was on the line — a playful lesson in courage, skill and a little healthy competition.

Fifty years later, that same spirit of passion, perseverance and people-first values continues to define us.

Here’s a glimpse of how our teams across the Nolands offices commemorated this milestone together. ✨

That philosophy became the foundation of our culture and values here at Nolands.
