Business environments are ever-changing and full of complexity and uncertainty. To thrive in these days, businesses need advisors who are agile, creative, strategic and compassionate.
Solving challenges isn’t always a quick fix, but when it’s a journey walked by both the business and the advisory team, confident decisions and great outcomes are most often the result.
Because Nolands Capital focusses on building deep relationships with clients to facilitate a strong understanding of the business environment, we can offer end-to-end, tailored solutions that support your goals – whatever those may be.
Buying, selling or merging a business is complex and resource intensive journey. From valuing your business and finding a buyer or investor, to handling all the negotiations, tax, due diligence and post transaction integration; our team is here to help you navigate this process with a best-fit, holistic approach that aligns with your business goals and values.
For us, a transaction is only done when it’s done – and that doesn’t mean when the dotted line is signed. It’s why we work closely with clients from the start of the journey right through to the last i being dotted and t being crossed. We start with research and advice, then we guide you through the transaction and provide all the necessary support that’s needed at the end. Because we’re detail-oriented, it’s nice to know that no important dependencies, opportunities or threats will be overlooked.
Once transaction agreements have been signed and shares have been transferred, many of the challenges related to a merger or acquisition are only in their infancy. Our post-merger integration (PMI) service focuses on the process of bringing two or more entities together to maximise synergies and minimise conflict, so that the deal lives up to its predicted value.
From culture development, communications, employee incentives, technology and systems, human resources, organisational structure and synergy realisation (phew - what a list!), our team is there to help.

We strive to make tax as simple and predictable as possible to help you to run your financial affairs securely.
We can liaise with SARS on your behalf (you can let out a whoop of joy here!) about objections, appeals, and alternative dispute resolution. If your company is an owner of a Tax Risk Insurance policy (like those offered by Tax Risk Underwriting Managers through GreatSoft Financial Services), our fees are covered throughout the dispute.
Transfer pricing documentation must be a priority for all multinational groups. We prepare and evaluate transfer pricing methodologies and help with country-by-country reporting requirements.
We add an extra level of assurance to a company’s financial statement audit by conducting a detailed review of the tax computation and evaluating tax specific risks. We’re also able to advise on tax efficient structures for mergers, acquisitions or restructuring transactions and accept tax due diligence assignments.
We’ve developed a niche in providing tax returns, monitoring and compliance management solutions for taxpayers with complex affairs, such as cross-border asset holdings, high-net-worth individuals and emigration planning.
Our consultants are recognised thought leaders on tax issues in the public sphere, and regularly provide training on technical tax topics and tax law amendments.
Yip. There’s more! We offer additional services through partnerships with companies to make sure that our clients are satisfied, no matter the problem or opportunity. We pride ourselves on forging profitable and beneficial relationships, targeted towards business growth and employee development.
